Josh has handled criminal cases ranging from DUIs to homicides. He represents parents fighting to get their children back from CYS, and serves as the guardian ad litem for children in care. He has practiced in trial courts across Pennsylvania, as well as the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Before starting CamsonRigby, Josh worked as a law clerk for The Honorable Paul Pozonsky in Washington, PA.
Josh worked in three different prosecutors’ offices during law school. In those offices Josh handled all types of cases, ranging from capital homicide cases to retail thefts. In the Chester County District Attorney’s office Josh handled hundreds of cases at the magistrate level and conducted many preliminary hearings.
Before law school Josh worked as a political consultant.

Josh has run three different marathons.
Josh’s favorite romantic comedy is Love Actually. His favorite Christmas movie is A Muppet’s Christmas Carol.
Erick has gained experience in the legal field as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul Pozonsky in the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County, Pennsylvania. He also worked for prominent Pittsburgh criminal defense attorneys assisting in a variety of criminal cases in state and federal court. This included work on several high profile cases. Additionally, he has reviewed thousands of oil and gas leases for a local business’s Marcellus data collection project.
While in law school Erick was an extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also worked as an intern at the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office in New York. Erick worked for the University of Akron as a teaching assistant in the law school’s legal drafting program and as a research assistant to Professor Jane Campbell Moriarty. He served as an Assistant Editor and later the Articles Editor on the Akron Law Review.
Before his legal career Erick was an associate at a Washington, D.C. political consulting firm.

Before joining CamsonRigby, Kevin served as a law clerk in the Greene County Court of Common Pleas. He clerked for the Honorable William R. Nalitz, President Judge, the Honorable Farley Toothman, and the Honorable H. Terry Grimes, Senior Judge. While in Greene County, Kevin assisted the judges in legal research, court preparation, and opinion drafting in every type of case, from divorces to complex criminal trials.
Kevin also worked in a private practice in Allegheny County and Greene County, where he handled PCRA Petitions, arbitrations, and civil litigation.
